These terms govern your use of The Desk, operated by SGS Entertainment LLC. By creating an account, you agree to them.
What The Desk is
The Desk gives subscribers access to Gary Vaughan's dip list, morning card, and archive of past commentary, drawn from his podcast and newsletter. Nothing on The Desk is personalized investment advice or a recommendation for your specific situation. Gary's positions and opinions are his own; you are not him, and your risk tolerance is not his. All subscribers see identical content. Markets involve risk, including loss of principal. Do your own homework before acting on anything you read here.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for anything that happens under your account. One account per person, please.
Subscription and billing

Content and ownership
Gary's commentary, picks, and the archive are his own work, licensed to you for personal use while you're a subscriber — not for republishing, redistributing, or reselling.
Disclaimer
The Desk is a publication of Gary's personal trading activity and opinions. In his own words: "You are not me. We do not have the same risk tolerance. The moves I make and the positions I discuss are my own." Nothing here is personalized investment advice or a recommendation for your situation. All subscribers receive identical content. Markets involve risk, including loss of principal. Do your own homework — that's half the fun.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SGS Entertainment LLC is not liable for any trading losses, missed alerts, technical outages, or other damages arising from your use of The Desk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms. You can stop using The Desk and request account deletion at any time.
Governing law
